1973 Carrera RS Supplement to Driver's Manual

I'd like to know what an original Carrera RS Supplement to Driver's Manual looks like.
I have one, but it doesn't seem as professional as the new 1973 911 T/E/S Driver's Manual that it's been slipped into.
Having said that, the cover is the same texture and the stapling seems professional.
Number is 4646.20 printed in Germany Edition 73
 
It's a c.A5 royal blue supplement. 8 sides iirc.

Original ones in English are sought after, but many are reproductions or later re-prints.

 
This is my German version - finish is very good and similar to the owners manual.
