111 Point Check?

Hi all

I spoke to a lovely man at Helmingham who said that now and then Porsche offer club members a 111 point check. Does anyone know if any offers are on the horizon? Does the club have any discount with Porsche or other garages for this check otherwise?

the club has available discount at many places, always worth checking, some continue to give discount to ex long term club members if you've dealt with them for some years, even official Porsche centres..:)

The free ones are normally part of one of the evening meets at an OPC.
They seem to happen once or twice a year where I am.
Normally listed in PP.

Porsche centres also offer clinics from time to time, usually yearly. I took my Turbo to one at Sheffield OPC at the beginning of June and I remember taking my 968 to one at JCT600 in June also, in 1994.

Id ask my local OPC when they were next doing one, but I suspect that itll be next Spring for an open clinic.

Hi Chris,

R11 Essex region organise one every year at Colchester OPC, I have not had mine done this year but I think it has already taken place.
Give Jacki a call in the service dept. she will be able to help 855500.

Membership cost is worth the 10% OPC saving and monthly magazine alone

I spoke to the service dept. They offer a visual check to club members, the 111 point check is about £240! So as soon as I join I'll get the visual check done, but the other is a bit too steep for me. Has the full check ever been offered free or reduced to members?
