What is the correct torque for the Center Lock wheel nuts. I have one company telling my 400nm and another 600nm.

Is there a reference or link to official Porsche data?

Thanks

Thanks Clive. Excellent link, thanks for posting this.. The reason for my post was that during a visit to Center Gravity this week they discovered that my front wheels did not have the center piece flush with the outside of the center lock. see photo. Center Gravity were meticulous in their approach to removing and refitting wheels and center locks, as in your post :). My center locks must have been incorrectly fitted when I have new front tyres last year.

400nm was the original tightening torque etched on wheel bolts back in early 997 days. However, there was a later recall when replacement bolts, that did not show a tightening torque, were fitted with the recommended setting increasing to 600nm.
