The title is quite a mouthful!

You are invited to a visit to some of East Riding’s favourites, the Balloon Tree café in Gate Helmsley will be the start point where you may choose to have a breakfast, from there, approximately a one-hour drive through the Wolds villages to the Wold Top Brewery in Hunmanby.

You will be welcomed with complimentary hot drinks and biscuits, before a private tour of the brewery and beer tasting.

A short drive then to the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, where again a private tour and whisky tastings have been organised.

Finally, afternoon tea in the Potstill Café, renowned for their fine food, serving local produce in a superb setting adjacent to the distillery.

As at least 50% of us will be driving, both venues will have take-away drivers packs for the alcoholic beverages

The price is £42.50pp, however that includes tea/coffee and biscuits at the brewery tours of the brewery and distillery, driver packs, and afternoon tea, we will need to pay in advance and payment details will be provided.

Timings will be as follows.

11.30am Wold Top Brewery Tour and tea/coffee and biscuits

1.30pm tour and tasting at the distillery for half the group

1.50pm tour and tasting for second half of the group

3pm Afternoon tea at the distillery.

Just for reference, this is a special tour hosted for PCGB members, the regular tours are only available on Tuesdays or Saturdays. We had a similar event in 2022, following many requests it seemed like time to make a return visit with a different route.
