I wanted to share, how an avoidable oversight can have catastrophic consequences and that help and goodwill is on hand when dealing with Porsche Centres.
I purchased my Panamera Turbo in 2015 and, unbeknown to everyone, it had incorrect rear profile tyres. Even a trip to Porsche Centre Bristol in 2018 to have the rears replaced didn't pick this up. It wasn’t until a 2020 recall that Porsche Centre Bristol noticed they had fitted incorrect rears. They immediately offered to replace them but, as no one suggested this was an issue, I kept the tyres and accepted a refund.
