Seventeen 992 Register members met for coffee and pastries at the Bremont Technologies facility at Henley on Thames in advance of a hosted tour of the new Bremont Manufacturing & Technology Centre, aka 'The Wing' which is a new state-of-the-art 35,000 sq ft facility, set in the heart of the Chiltern valley, which is the veritable home of British watchmaking and Bremont are proud to be at the forefront of the revival of this historically British craft.
The enthusiasm, knowledge, and courtesy which Bremont provided was amazing and made the visit a truly memorable experience for members who already owned Bremont watches and for the ones who have the desire for future ownership.
It is an incredible facility and the vision, determination, and business planning by the company founders Giles and Nick is remarkable. It is likely that everyone who attended will use all opportunity to discuss the visit and inform their friends and family of these superb products and I hope that their delivery of the details mentioned by Luke & Tom of what is an extremely quality product, will be just as positive.
The interest by the group was obvious as so many engaged with the guides with questions and observations and continued to chat with each other so well during the tour and at lunchtime which created a very friendly group. The new Bremont facility is a fabulous environment to experience, and we all felt privileged to be able to spend some time there.
The group left Bremont for a short drive to the lunch venue at Badgemore Park where everyone had the opportunity to recall specifics about the tour, their journey and all things Porsche.
