Not sure if it is 997s or Porsches in general that have a lot of interest at present. News is that new demand is being questioned and used prices are down. However, I have had more emails asking for buying advice recently than before. Although there have been no price increases for early 997s, their price has remained stable, so you’re not losing money. Later Gen 2 cars saw an increase, as 992 and 991 models gained value because of supply chain issues, but they too seem to have now stabilised and levelled out, making any of them a great purchase (or asset if you already have one).
