My Amaranth Violet 968 Sport restoration got put on the back burner over the Christmas and New Year period, but in mid-January the final push was made to get the car road worthy and MOT ready. Our last electrical gremlin seemed to be fixed with a new fuel pump relay and I also added some Phillips GT 400 H4 headlight bulbs to test. I’ll likely add them to my 993 if any good, as its headlights are also terrible! I picked up a Blaupunkt Valencia 200 DAB BT stereo to fit, which seems to be the bargain of the Blaupunkt range with a retro enough look combined with DAB and Bluetooth. More on that once it’s tested.
