Register meet at Goodwood motor race circuit

The usual format of parking in the area of the old control tower on the outside of the circuit near the start/finish line. Entry – main gate and bear left a 100 yards and that’s where we will be. This event has been going for four or five years now and attracts quite a fair selection of 968’s, plus a few other interesting Porsches. We seem to keep chatting from around 10.30 am till mid-afternoon.

At the same time circuit activities are busy with a Brighton and Hove Sprint which includes the PCGB round of our Speed Championship so competitive Porsches will be in action plus a wide spread of other cars. To add to the pleasure private planes will be taking off and even rides are available, some flyers bring in WW2 planes which all makes for an interesting day.

Food etc and all amenities are available plus walking around the paddock and use of the new airfield cafeteria. Weather of course is glorious Goodwood. That’s Saturday 6th August at the famous Goodwood motor racing circuit. For more information contact Richard Warburton or myself Ken Coad.
