Club member Neil contacted me regarding the clutch on his 1978 911 SC Sportomatic. It appears the clutch plates are not available from Porsche and he asked if I could help. This has been an issue for some time and I suggested his mechanic looked into getting the existing plates relined. To cut the story short he reported that he used a company called
Calder Clutch, based in West Yorkshire and was very pleased with the result.
