Our Register has been busy setting up some events for 2022 and we are pleased to announce that we have now confirmed the 22 April 2022 for a tour of the Bremont Watch Company facilities – The Wing – in Henley on Thames.
The Bremont Manufacturing & Technology Centre, aka 'The Wing' is a state-of-the-art 35,000 sq ft facility, set in the heart of the Chiltern valley, and the home of British watchmaking.
The tour will start with a very interesting lecture by a trained watchmaker before moving on to the manufacturing aera where CNC milling machines make steel and titanium cases as well as other components, including their own watch movements. Then onto the assembly room where watches are hand assembled and a look at the service area where Bremont watches from around the world are returned for service or repair.
