Tuesday 14th July was the date for our gliding evening at Snitterfield Gliding Club near Stratford but the weather put paid to this and unfortunately was cancelled but was back on the next day which would of been fine but I couldn't make it as I was away with the race team so I missed out on my first ever experience of gliding, I'm sure we can have another night there. Mandy did attend but chickened out of going up for a flight but I heard that everyone who attended had a good time with flights lasting between 10 & 15 minutes and many members taking control of the gliders themselves.
A big thank you to all of the volunteers from the gliding club who gave up their evening to give us a fantastic evening soaring the skies.
