We have had a fairly static month events-wise but a hectic month working to achieve an exciting programme for 2024. We have already secured and pencilled in a few events for next year to include our annual skittles evening, Curborough day, a 10-day tour of the Italian lakes, our WOTY in and around the Appleby area. September will see us back enjoying a trip on the Llanfair to Welshpool railway, a Vulcan bomber visit, a visit to our 2023 air ambulance charity, Shelsy Walsh hill climb and a few more.
