He did establish that the costs associated with the event split two ways.
Car clubs display area in the Orchard ( cars not running up the hill) £120 for 12 cars & 24 passengers.
Hill drives, 4 non competitive runs up the hill and a dedicated paddock parking with your car club £65 per car.
For people wishing to drive the hill they must apply for a Motor Sports Association RS clubman licence in advance of the event and this digital licence is free of charge.
He needs people to let me know if they want to park up and spectate or to have an opportunity to drive up the hill.
