For 2024 we have replaced our Weekend Of The Year with a mid-week event. This will be held on the Isle of Man from Monday 23 to Friday 27 September.
The details of the tour are as follows:
- Five-day/four-night tour – 23-27 September 2024
- Outward ferry details, Heysham 2.15pm arriving 6pm Douglas
- OR 7.15pm Liverpool arriving 10pm Douglas outbound Steam Packet crossings – your choice
- Homeward ferry details 8.45am Douglas arriving 12.30pm Heysham
- OR 3pm Douglas arriving 5.45pm Liverpool inbound Steam Packet crossings – your choice
- Four nights three-star seaside accommodation at the Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino, Douglas
- Breakfast included each morning at the hotel for all four nights,
- Evening hotel meal on the last night Thursday 26 September as a Region group. This will be a three-course meal with everyone dining together, the hotel may propose a set menu.
- One route guide, per car, which will feature details and maps on attractions and places of interest
- One rally plaque, per car – tailored for our Region tour specification.
- Twenty-four hour out of hours Scenic Car Tours emergency helpline available to customers whilst on the tour, if required/applicable
- This quotation is based on a minimum number of 10 rooms joining the tour, with a maximum limit of 20 bedrooms
Pricing – Prices include ALL above listed items/inclusions
- £499 per person sharing a car/ bedroom throughout - £998 in total
- £798 per person in their own car, cabin and standard bedroom throughout - £200 reduction vs the total wo person price
To confirm your bookings there is a £200 per car non refundable deposit required by the middle of January with the remaining of the balance 10 weeks prior to the holiday.
