Ian ‘Arfur’ Brown
Another good turnout at the Sunday lunch gathering at Bovey Tracey Golf Club on 11 February.
The excellent lunch was preceded by our guest speaker Ian ‘Arfur’ Brown, a retired military pilot and instructor whose career in the Royal Navy, the RAF and, more recently, the civilian aviation world talked about how his career had taken him from Northern Ireland and the Falklands to Kuwait (Gulf War) and Iraq.
