- Reserved Parking for 20 cars – arrival approximately 9.30am
- Complimentary tea and coffee and Danish pastries on arrival in the Napier Suite
- Guided tour of the museum
- Workshop tour
- Soup and sandwich lunch served in the Napier Suite at 12.30pm with juice and water provided followed by tea and coffee
- Guests free after lunch to re-visit the museum’s collection
