On the second Tuesday of each month we have a road trip, planned to sample the best roads, to somewhere within a few hours driving distance of the Cotswolds. We will stop for lunch and perhaps a coffee and head back for the late afternoon.
The month we are heading to the Mendip Hills AONB in Somerset, home to what many say is the UK's best driving road, the B3135 which meanders from Cheddar to Ashwick. I don't know. I've never been. But I soon will have.
