The R19 team would like to say a big 'Thank You' to all our members for following the Covid-19 guidelines at our August events. As a result, the Coppid Beech Hotel has given us the go-ahead to return for our regular monthly club meetings.
Join us on the first Sunday of September, 06 Sept 2020 from 12:00 midday at the Coppid Beech Hotel for our next meet-up.
Places are currently strictly limited to 30 attendees and require pre-booking so that we can ensure contact details are recorded for NHS Track and Trace if needed.
Please be sure to read the following before booking for this event to help us ensure a Covid-19 safe event..
- The Covid 19 restriction requirements limit us to a maximum of 30 attendees per event.
- All attendees must be pre-booked and provide all requested contact details.
- A contact telephone number for each attendee present is required. These details will only be used should we need to pass them onto the NHS if an attendee tests positive for Covid-19.
- Please bring appropriate PPE, gloves, a mask and hand sanitiser for those in your group.
- The 2 metre social distancing rule applies to this event, except with those attending from your family or social bubble.
- Children 12 or under do not need to be pre-booked.
- You will be required to accept the above rquirements before entry will be allowed.
