We're Back
We are delighted to announce that we are officially back! We have been given the go-ahead to hold our first post-lockdown meet-up. Join us this Sunday 26th July at 12:00 midday at the Coppid Beech Hotel for a Member's meet-up.
Provided that the Coppid Beech Hotel management is confident in our complience to the Covid-19 restrictions on the day, we will be holding a further meet-up the following Sunday, 2nd August.
Please be sure to read the following before booking fior this event to help us ensure a Covid-19 safe event..
- The Covid 19 restriction requirements limit us to a maximum of 30 attendees per event.
- All attendees must be pre-booked and provide all requested contact details.
- Once the attendee limit is reached for 26th July, further bookings will automatically be added to the 2nd August event. If you cannot make the 26th July but can attend on the 2nd August then please indicate this on the booking form.
- A contact telephone number for each attendee present is required. These details will only be used should we need to pass them onto the NHS if an attendee tests positive for Covid-19.
- Please bring appropriate PPE, gloves, a mask and hand sanitiser for those in your group.
- The 2 metre social distancing rule applies to this event, except with those attending from your family or social bubble.
- Children 12 or under do not need to be pre-booked.
- You will be required to accept the above rquirements before entry will be allowed.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions entry is limited to 30 and for 'Pre-Booked' Members only
