It is with great delight that we can now take bookings for a Sunday Meet-up at the picturesque Donnington Grove, Nr.Newbury, Berkshire. In addition to being able to park right outside the Manor House, the Hotel Bar area will be available for Dining from the Breakfast and All-Day Menu. A table only service will be in place in line with the current restrictions.
We are of course restricted to 30 attendees under the current Covid-19 restrictions, so please be sure to read the following before booking for this event to help us ensure a safe event..
- The Covid 19 restriction requirements limit us to a maximum of 30 attendees per event.
- All attendees must be pre-booked and provide all requested contact details.
- A contact telephone number for each attendee present is required. These details will only be used should we need to pass them onto the NHS if an attendee tests positive for Covid-19.
- Please bring appropriate PPE, gloves, a mask and hand sanitiser for those in your group.
- The 2 metre social distancing rule applies to this event, except with those attending from your family or social bubble.
- Children 12 or under do not need to be pre-booked.
- You will be required to accept the above rquirements before entry will be allowed.
