We look forward to meeting you at our first Breakfast Club of the year at a venue that we have used before and is accessible to all. Provided that the government do not implement any postponement or cancellation of the stage 3 easing of restrictions, we can meet indoors in groups of up to 6 per table. We have reserved 40 places in a private area for a full English style buffet with a selection of fruit and cereals including tea, coffee & fruit juice for £11 per person which will be payable on arrival. There will be vegetarian options available. The buffet will be served by a member of their team at the counter and the juice and hot drinks will be put on each table.
To assist with the administration of this event will you please book your place(s) by sending an email to m1ck.dennis@btinternet.com so that we know who, and how many, will be attending. As this is the first weekend after the easing of restrictions for indoor hospitality, the demand for bookings may be high so don’t delay as you will not be able to ‘just turn up’ and expect to be seated. Please contact Mick before Monday 17th May so that we can inform the venue of the final numbers.
To comply with any hospitality guidelines that are in place, you will be subject to any reasonable instructions given to you by the restaurant staff. You must use the sanitising stations on arrival and wear a face mask until you have been shown to your table and you must remain seated in the restaurant. You may be asked to provide your contact details to the serving staff so that they can fulfil their ‘Track and Trace’ guidelines.
If you are unable to attend or do not feel comfortable mixing with groups of people yet, you can join us virtually using zoom. The details for this will be issued nearer the time. If any of our members need clarification around the Disabled facilities available at the venue please do not hesitate to contact us.
