The Kent Region (R25) covers all of Kent as well as part of South East London, as far as the South Circular Road, and part of East Sussex. Being in the highly populated South East we can boast one of the largest regions, membership wise and regularly have visitors from adjoining regions at our events.
Our members, between them, drive most models of Porsche from the 356 to the latest 991 and 981 series, coupes to cabriolets and four wheel drives. We organise a diverse range of events for our members, from a simple drive and lunch to an annual Dinner Dance, mid-week runs, car shows and a Show & Shine, a WOTY (Weekend of The Year) and even a continental driving holiday.
Kent has an abundance of historic buildings and places of interest, owned and run by both National Trust and English Heritage as well as privately owned. As we are in the Garden of England it is appropriate that we also have a large number of gardens and parkland available in the region to visit. We regularly use Hever Castle as a venue for our annual Show & Shine and, as you will see below, Brands Hatch is a fitting meeting place for a car Club such as ours. The Port of Dover and Eurotunnel also give us easy access to the continent for both day and longer trips.
We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at Brands Hatch and have the use of The Kentagon Bar/Restaurant, where we can enjoy a relaxed social evening with other likeminded members over a friendly drink or a bar meal and always end the evening with a raffle. Our Club Nights are usually attended by members of staff from Porsche Centre Tonbridge.
We aim to keep members in the Region updated through our monthly email newsletter as well as provide regular updates on our forum pages.
