Meet for coffee at Chapel Down Vineyard at 10.00am followed by a scenic drive of about 24 miles to Dungeness. This will be followed by a Fish & Chip Lunch at The Britannia Inn.
Of course, there is fish on the extensive menu but with burgers, steaks, salads and vegetarian options also available it is not just for fish lovers so you're bound to find something tasty. We will be able to choose from the full menu on the day.

After lunch take a walk on the beach or you could visit the Old Lighthouse (open until about 4.30pm and costs £4 per adult or £3.50 concessions) it's a bit of a climb but the views are worth it or the Lifeboat Station is not very far away and is open until 4.00pm. Or you could always take a trip on the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Steam Railway
