Paul’s own beetroot, Dewars whiskey and citrus marinated salmon served with a home-pickled cucumber and an Aberfeldy honey & mustard dressing.
Or
A duo of Ayrshire beetroots with blackened goats cheese, micro herb salad and an avocado oil dressing.
Main course:
Errichel Sheltand beef tagine flavoured with aromatic Moroccan spices, dates, figs and apricots served with cous cous.
Or
Persian baked aubergine topped with aromatically spiced butternut and sweet potato served with a tomato concasse and cous cous.

Errichel is an exclusive venue and the chef-patron Paul Newman has an extensive culinary background at some of the most prestigious hospitality destinations in the world. Not normally open for lunch, Paul and Fiona front-of-house manager, will open on the day to allow the Porsche Club a private event. I have personally stayed and dined there and the food is exceptional.
It would be nice to take the Porsche out for a blast but please feel free to come along in a more suitable mode of transport, should the weather be unkind.
