February’s column is always a tough one to write. As you know these reports are submitted several weeks in advance, which means we are currently writing this copy ahead of Christmas. A few weeks of heavy food, good company, whisky and cheese awaits. (Cheese – there’s always so much cheese at this time of year!) We’re looking forward to the New Year and the opportunity to get out and about in the Porsche, roof down as often as possible.
