August and the height of summer is now upon us, traditionally a period of settled weather here in Scotland. One silver lining of the pandemic is that, after the enforced hiatus, a number of the staple annual events that were perhaps beginning to get a bit stale are really enjoyable again. At the time of writing we are preparing for, and really looking forward to, the Glamis Transport Extravaganza.
