March Coastal Run (Was Winter Tyre Run)

Hamish Annand was preparing a Winter Tyre Test run for us. Given the amount of snow we've had, this will now be a coastal run - Enough already with the snow! Here's his suggestion:

Meet at Mill of Mundurno, Bridge of Don - timings to suit individuals depending on if they want breakfast.
Mill of Mundurno opens 7:00am on Sundays.

Depart Mill of Mundurno at 9:00am prompt
Mill of Mundurno to Fraserburgh via Cruden Bay and Peterhead should take 1 hour 30 mins to allow for AWPR roadworks and an optional photo stop(s) en route.

Arrive at Fraserburgh Promenade for 10:30am
Porsches on the Prom photo opportunity 10:30-10:45am

Depart Fraserburgh 10:45am
Fraserburgh to Banff on B9031 coastal route approximately 1 hour 15 mins to allowing for a couple of optional photo stops en route.
Arrive at Banff for 12:00pm

Lunch at Banff Springs Hotel 12:00-2:00pm
(Sunday carvery is £13.95 p/p and has been recommended by locals. There are additional costs for starter, desert, coffee, etc. if required)

Return to Aberdeen by whatever personal route is preferred.
As a guide Banff to Aberdeen via Turriff should take about 1 hour 15 mins. 

All timings based on AA Route Finder and assume driving within urban and rural speed limits.
