A total of 26 cars with 48 occupants braved the late September weather for the Region 5 visit to RAF Cosford on Sunday 29th September. The majority of people started with the excellent breakfast refreshments at the Cholmondeley Arms before travelling the hour or so to the venue.
The Museum houses some unique and fantastic exhibits, predominantly in two hangars - War in the Air and The Cold War. Most people were able to take part in the guided tours with either Bill or Paul and the feedback for both was that it added to the enjoyment of the day.
Thanks to all who attended this year. Next year we aim to make an arrangement that coincides with an aeromodel display at the airfield.
