3 September RNLI 911 Challenge
Belinda and James Richardson returned to Bridlington with the RNLI-911 Challenge car.
R7 sponsored their visit and a commemorative plaque was presented to the lifeboat station to mark the occasion. Members also presented a cheque for £2,000 to the RNLI at Bridlington - this was money raised from the Yorkshire Porsche Festival. The cars then headed to Flamborough, Filey and Scarborough lifeboat stations, four of the 116 stations on the epic journey to raise funds for a new lifeboat.
