Stow Maries have advised me that they have space on-site for social distancing and have received the Visit England Certificate of ‘Good to Go’.
Free entry is for the car and driver, but any passengers need to purchase a ticket at £17.50. To do so click here.
Payment on the day will not be possible.
Due to COVID-19, the site is limited to 500 people.
**If you are unable to attend, please let me know within the next three days, and if you wish to attend, please let me know within the next week**
In accordance with COVID-19 requirements and the Risk Assessment that we have completed, members must advise Martyn if they or another family member has, or suspects they may have, COVID-19, if they are self-isolating, quarantining or shielding, and those people must not attend the event.
Participating members should contact Martyn if during the 48 hours after the event, they, or other car occupants, develop COVID-19 symptoms so that contact tracing procedures may take place.
Members should remain socially distanced during the event and must abide by reasonable instructions, including where to park, given by the Stow Maries’ team. Members who refuse to follow reasonable guidance may be asked to leave the aerodrome and have their conduct reported to the Club.
**All members should carry hand sanitiser and wear face masks when visiting internal areas of the aerodrome**
All members attending are required to provide a telephone number for COVID-19 tracing, as well as the names of all those in your car at the event.
