Porsche Club GB is delighted to announce a second Porsche-only sale as part of the Club’s long-term partnership with Silverstone Auctions.
The sale will take place inside the Silverstone Wing on Saturday, 15th October and is expected to attract some of the finest Porsches in the country.
Members’ evening with Derek Bell at Silverstone
Porsche Club GB members are cordially invited to an evening with Derek Bell, MBE, at the Silverstone Wing on the eve of the 2016 Silverstone Auctions Porsche Sale. Taking place on Friday, 14th October, the evening with Derek, himself a Porsche Club GB honorary member, will be free for members to attend and will begin at around 6pm.
Henry Hope-Frost will oversee proceedings, with Derek on hand after his question-and-answer session to sign autographs and meet members. Those who would like to attend are asked to e-mail admin@porscheclubgb.com with their membership details so that we are able to gauge numbers.
The Sale
The auction really is a must for collectors and Porsche enthusiasts, with more than 60 of the best Porsches available on the market going under the hammer, as well as a host of collectible Porsche related automobilia.
From a low mileage Boxster, a stunning Carrera GT, an example of every front-engined Porsche ever made, project cars, to some of the best 911s produced and even a Porsche tractor, the catalogue once again features a fantastic mix of cars which are sure to tempt you.

The sale itself takes place from 11am with automobilia items, with cars from 2pm on Saturday 15th October. Once again a number of Porsche specialists will be present at the sale. Club members will receive 50% off the catalogue price with their membership card. As always if you can’t attend the sale in person you’ll be able to bid by phone, online, or by leaving a commission bid with us before the sale.
