**Event cancelled**
It is with regret that we have to announce that the above function planned for 8 January 2022 has been cancelled.
Accor Hotels, who own The Noke, have received an extension to a current Government Contract that has seen the Noke used as a quarantine facility for much of 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is now set to continue until or even beyond the end of January 2022 with obvious consequences.
All those of you who have booked rooms will be receiving a communication from the general manager at the the Noke explaining the situation.
Please be assured that any cheques that have been sent to Martin Foster are secure and can either be shredded or returned as you wish. Please email the R21 alias or Martin with your preference.
We are sorry to have to report this but we're sure you will understand that the prevailing circumstances are entirely outside PCGB control. The R21 committee are basically in agreement that to push ahead with any alternative arrangements at this point in time would simply be too high risk.
