2017 WOTY to Wales
This years WOTY takes us to Betws-y-Coed in Wales, and you need to book !! The Hotel is holding rooms until the 30 June so don't delay!
We decided we would go to Wales this year and have arranged accomodation in Betws-y-Coed.

We once again have some special rates, and will be staying in their deluxe lodges in the grounds, which sound very nice.
They are holding 10 lodges until the 30 June for us, so please do not delay booking.
The tariff is:-
£85.00 per person per night when sharing incl. DBB
£25.00 supplement per person per night in single occupancy rooms (max 4 rooms available at this rate)

Minimum 2 nights DBB stay apply to the above special rates.

These special rates are non commissionable rate

On the Friday night there is a £20 per person allowance towards your meal off the main menu

On the Saturday we will eat together from a set menu with 4 starters/ 4 mains/sweets and coffee, which is all inclusive in the room rate.

We will need to pre-order our Saturday night meal and will be given the menu at Saturday's breakfast to order then.

Breakfast will be buffet style with hot and cold dishes

Guests have FREE membership to our extensive Leisure Complex during stay

FREE on site coach and car parking

FREE wi-fi connection in rooms and hotel areas
If anyone also wishes to stay the Sunday night then the same tariff will apply, and you will have a £20 per person allowance towards dinner off the menu main.
As usual we would arrive on the Friday. Everyone usually arrives at different times depending on their circumstances, so I have not made arrangements for us to eat together that night, but no doubt we will start congregating in the bar as the night progresses.
On the Saturday night again as usual we would all eat together.
I am speaking with the local region and hope we can meet up with some of them for a drive out over the weekend, they should know some good drives. As last year I will also provide details of local attractions etc.

• £25.00 per person deposit required to confirm reservations.
• Remaining balance of account payable 21 days prior to arrival
