Hi All R3 Members,

Just putting it out there to gauge interest in having a Golf Day at Consett & District GC of which I have been a member for around 30 yrs, I have provisionally booked the course for Friday 29th June with a tee off time of 1pm followed by a meal at around 5.30pm. The cost of this will be a very reasonable £20 to include a few prizes. For your info here is a link to the GC website. http://consettanddistrictgolfclub.com Regards, Gary Elliott.

Hi Gary - sorry but we are on our tour to South of France in the Boxster then. The Porsche Teesside Golf Day for info is 26th July at Wynyard. Cheers Trevor

Gary,

No longer play so don't have an official handicap but happy to knock a few balls into the rough.

I can’t make the date for the Consett date. As a new member can anyone tell me how to book for the Teesside golf day.

John Upex

Hi John,

Shame you can’t make the golf day at Consett. If you get in touch with Porsche Teeside and ask for Ross Jameson, sure he will be able to help.

Gary.

Gary,

Thanks, I would have liked to played Consett, it’s a while since I’ve played there. I will be on holiday. Also I know the Pro Craig Dilley. Haven’t seen him for a couple of years.

I will get in touch with Ross.

Thanks again.

John Upex.

Thanks to the people that registered their interest the the Golf Day but due to lack of numbers that would be needed to make this work unfortunatley I have had to cancel this day.

Thanks once again to those that were interested and if anyone would like a 'friendly' game anytime at Consett please feel free to get in touch.

Gary.
