Strut tower rear mount cracking

Hi Roads very poor pot holes and surface very bad creeking behind driver .rear mount cracked top of tower. can you get repair kit ?can it be welded ?

    You need to get the car to a Porsche accredited body shop to get a proper analysis and repair. 
     
    Do do you know where it happened? The analysis should form a basis for a claim on the local authority responsible for the pothole site.
