Have you seen Region 18 on the TV? I've just watched Wheeler Dealers with Mike Brewer and Ed China.

Basically they purchased a really neglected 993 took it back to the workshop, repaired and cleaned it, then sold it on.

Before selling they took it for a final test drive on the moors. Brewer is telling us how good the club is as he darts in and out of a Region 18
convoy drving over the moors. They then stop and have a cuppa, and chat with Barry about his Turbo. Now I recognised quite a few faces, David and Judy Baker, Sue and Mac etc etc. Now I just have two questions.

!. Who paid for the Tea?

2. Did I hear Brewer saying the Lancashire club were driving on the Yorkshire Moors?

Yes R18 were there but it was a couple of years ago and is now on repeats

It was B***** cold on top on Buttertubs Pass in November.

For info Wheelers Dealers paid for the tea and bacon barms.

Mike & Ed were great guys to meet and they were just like they are on TV. Paul, Ed's assistant, was also there and was good to chat to.

We meet Mike at Silverstone Classic each years and he remembers the 2 days we spent filming.

I watched this yesterday, still trying to work out what happened to the rusty scuttle panel.
