hi all,

i am trying to find a car seat seat which fits a 1 year old baby without the need for isofix. i have a Porsche 911 997 gen 2 and unfortunately I can’t turn off the air bag in the front seat without paying Porsche £700 to install a switch so I am trying to find a rear facing seat for the back.

my current seat doesn’t fit so any hints or tips would be great.

thanks

Hi Pete,

I had this dilemma with my 997.1, and ended up giving up! There are numerous threads out there on this topic, even people taking out seat backs and bases to make something fit.

One bit of advice I would offer up is that an Indy will price you about £350-400 for the same Isofix and airbag switch kit fitted. But thats if its just you and one child in the car. It never worked out for me as I wanted to fit it and still have space for the wife for day trips 😀.

In any case, good luck!

Peter

brilliant That’s great news. Did it go in the back seat rear or forward facing?

Just planning out a nice nice scenic trip to Milton Keynes now :)

thanks again

Hello. A few days ago we decided to buy diaper caddy organizer on Natemia.com. Guys, I argue with my husband for a long time about the site and we just can't come to a common opinion. I want to order a diaper caddy organizer on this site, and my husband says that I need to choose another one. Guys, tell me which organizer and which site is better to choose? Thank you all in advance for your feedback. Looking forward to your tips and ready to buy a new gizmo. Thanks to all.
