How to re-affix rear wiper?

It came off whilst I was cleaning the car. The handbook says to let the PC sort it. I guess someone on here will know what to do?

Seems a simple task but I can't get the blade secure in the arm.

Anyone?

Thanks
David

About 1" from the end you squeeze together the two small arms from under the metal arm and slide the end to the right. Remove the plastic adapter. The blade snaps into two swivel pins on the plastic adapter piece. Snap the blade back into the adapter. To reinstall put the end of the wiper assembly into the plactic adapter and squeeze the two plastic armstogether to fit into the metal arm from underneath. This should lock into place with the tip of the arm fitting into the plactic adapter and the arms locking from below.

Many thanks for the link. This really is the power of the internet in action.

A blog, put online two years ago, you happened to see, I posted my problem, you remembered the blog and alerted me to it.

The job is done, very easily, just in time for a three day trip, and all inside one hour. I had thought I had some hassle just at the wrong time.

Thanks again, regards
David

There's not much about this anywhere and clearly Porsche thinks it beyond the skills of the average Macan owner and they suggest you get your Porsche Centre to deal with it. This involves a 120 mile round trip for me which seems a bit unrealistic to replace a wiper blade.

I thought a couple of photos may help.

[FONT=verdana, geneva"]The blade fits into a channel in the wiper arm and can be released by pressing 2 latches and pushing downwards, freeing the carrier and allowing the blade to be slid out.
