Gibson - Repton

I was watching some of the Daytona 24 hour coverage at the weekend, which got me thinking…….have R8 ever had a tour around Gibson motorsport engines in Repton?

Thanks Nigel

Hi Tom, I’ll drop them a line tomorrow and see what we can sort out.  Happy to help.  Never had a Facebook account so I guess a lot of that will have passed us by. I’ll get round to it one day…. life just seems frantic as it is.  I’ll let you know how I get on.  Thanks Nigel.

I live 3 miles away from Gibsons. Would be very interested in visiting them if a visit can be arranged by R8. New Member Peter McBride would also be interested.

I wrote to them last week and enquired.  I’ve heard nothing back sadly.  I’ll chase again this week.

Sebring next weekend too, let’s hope that IMSA have changed the BOP for the 992 so we can have a decent level of competition.  Watching the #9 and #16 at Daytona was heartbreaking.
