PCGB Region 8 East Midlands Breakfast Runs 2023 16thJanuary 2023 Issue

All Day Out: Sunday 22ndJanuary 2023: Gaydon British Motor Museum, (Email Axel)
Drive through countrysideand Silverstone Museum visit for a coffee only.
Please note entry fee will apply at Gaydon museum. ( There is a café at Gaydon for any breakfast)Porsche Experience Centre closed on Sunday. See note below. Route and map are issued.
Breakfast Run 8- Saturday February18th 2023 Market Harborough-Rothwell –Stamford
We will return for a cross country drive through South Leicestershire and finishing up in Rutland.
Drive and Dine Event:- Meet at 10am, short 50 mile drive to Lunch venue:
Saturday 25th February 2023 The Bulls Head – Holymoorside–Chest.-S42 7EW
Visit to Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone Half Day Experience Thursday 16th March 2023

Breakfast Run 9 – Saturday March 18th 2023 Dark Peaks Tour (Email Axel)
Weather permitting we will attempt to do the most vertical miles possible in our region within an 100 mile long drive. The route will include the Cat and Fiddle and some other passes near Glossop.
Breakfast Run 10 – Saturday April 15th 2023 The Roaches and Staffs. Hills (Email Axel)
A slightly relaxed drive through this exceptional little gem not quite so busy as the Peak District.
Breakfast Run 11 – Saturday May 13th 2023 Trent Valley Drive around Burton (Email Axel)
We are looking to explore the countryside west of Burton in a circular drive taking in some of thelesser known places.
Further dates for Breakfast Runs: Sat 30th Sept., Sat. 7th Oct., Sat.18th Nov.
Drive and Dine Event:- Meet at 10am, short 50 mile drive to Lunch venue:
Saturday 1st July 2023 Lunar- Stoke on Trent
Visit to traditional Pottery Venue afterwards:
4.2023 or 2024 R8 trip to Stuttgart: Spa, Nuerburgring and Hockenheim on the way.
Visit Porsche museum and factory in Stuttgart. Return via Black Forest and Vosges mountains. 5 1/2 days in total.
2000 miles approx. Possibly first week in June: Saturday 3rd June to Thursday 8th June so we can bring the unwashed cars to the R8 Porsche Pageant at Wollaton Hall on Sunday 11th June. Please indicate interest early.
Note the official PCGB factory visit is at the end of April but that includes Leipzig as well.
