Hi,
I've just brought my 1st 911
When tying to get the CD changer working, I came across this (see photo) can anyone tell me what it is ?

Welcome! I think you might get more responses by posting in the 997 forum. Good luck!

Brian J is spot on. You’ll reach far more people with 997s in the 997 forum.
good luck!

Has you car got Bose?

I suspect not.

i wonder if someone replaced the CD changer input to the head unit with something else and see so the changer us no longer connected.

Box looks like it might have a left / right phono input.

have you tried plugging something and turning it on.

would be useful if you could find a serial number plaque on it.

i added a cheap Bluetooth device to ours in place of CD changer but since it had bose it connected with optics.

Hi Mark
Happy New year
Yes, it does have Bose and the CD changer is still powerd up but not recognising CD's
With it having a blue LED, i thought it could be something to do with Bluetooth. I've pressed the reset button but can't find anything when searching with my phone.
Thanks Paul

Have you tried the Beegees greatest hits [:D]

(We had a CD player that only recognised cds if you put the Beegees in first [8|])

Stupid question. How can you tell. If load up the cartridge and put it in then swap the head unit to the changer does it do anything.

i wonder if the changer is no longer connected to the MOST system ( the orange optic cables) and so not sending anything to the head unit.

??????I'll give the beegees a go ??????
The CD's load up but only CD 5 and 6 are recognised but 5 is for Aux and 6 does nothing??????
