Just seeing if anyone form R18 going to this event?

I know is a long way and a 3 - 4 hour drive but it promises to be 'different'.

A few of R3 will be taking the extremely long drive down Peter, Deb & I included, it’s always good to catch up with yourself and any other R18 members who do decide to go. It would be interesting to see if a poll or a heat map was generated how many of the ticket sales are A; non-members and B; who’s travelled from where and how long it actually took to get there. Definitely makes you wonder who our Club is catering for, I’m not overly sure it a very fair distribution these days.

Thank Greg. Likewise it would be nice to see you and Deb too.

It is a long way down for us both, and to be honest I am not sure its worth the effort, though I have bought the tickets and have the hotel booked. I'll see how the weather situation goes before I make a final decision.

I guess that with the the number of tickets sold (5000?) i cannot imagine that the majority will be members. If its been advertised in the local press it will be a good day out for local families and tyre kickers! It should be a simple exercise to determine the numbers of members who bought tickets.

Looking at the timetable it sure looks like our events manager, Michelle-Louise, has pulled out all the stops for a busy day, and whatever I decide, I hope that members and non members alike enjoy the day.
