RUF CTR Anniversary

Thanks for the heads up on this video , Andrew. Perhaps the most informative and interesting one about the RUF brand and ethos that I have ever seen. I hadn't realised that the new CTR was no longer based on a standard Porsche bodyshell , but seeing the two technicians with that full carbon fibre body ( 12 Kg! ) says it all.
Incredible machine. If only I was thirty years younger and 850k euros better off.

Regards , Paul.

Great film. Went there a few years ago on one of Richard Watling’s factory tours. Amazing folks with fabulous family atmosphere. I think our little group was shown round by Marcel Ruf. Superb visit.

A very interesting and educational video, kinda begs the question "When is a Porsche not a Porsche" ? I suspect trying to answer that could create quite a bit of interesting discussion on originality Vs customisation...? (-:
I think I may have seen George Morrison driving a brown RUF badged 964 (?) cabrio at a Knockhill track day many moons ago..?
