I am very saddened to announce the death of Ian. A great member of the Modified Team for over 10 years. Always available for any technical support. You will be sadly missed.

RiP Ian.

That’s such sad news. He was always full of life and great fun to chat with about anything Porsche.
RIP Ian.

So sad to hear of Ians passing , great guy and a true enthusiast , always very supportive of the club events and Porsche Club Motorsport , he always turned up with some interesting cars .
He will be sadly missed, RIP Ian , thanks for some great memories on club events.

Equally saddened when I heard the news, for those who knew Ian, he was a resourceful and thoughtful man. He also had a brief racing career in the BTCC, BritCar and at all the way down under Bahurst. He was a main backer for Nick Tandy for his Porsche Supercup Racing career in 2010 and 2011. He was a wealth of knowledge of Porsche technology and it was always good to catch up with him over the years and his colorful appearances at Autosport. May he rest in peace.
