Anybody know how to update more than 3 sat-nav regions?

Got a 2017 Macan and an active Porsche Connect subscription so that every so often I'm allowed to update 3 regions of the Sat Nav maps.

However the UK is 3 or 4 regions, France is 3 or 4, Germany is 4 , etc. so the mapping for most regions is now 5 years old and a trip to Europe can easily cover 6 or more countries.

Does anybody know if there's a way to update more/all regions?

I've tried asking at the OPC when the car's been serviced and I've spoken to Porsche UK but I'm told it's not possible.
When doing an online update of the 3 regions, there are disabled options for updating from USB, SD card, disk etc., which suggests it should be possible.

I'm happy(ish) to pay - there must be a way!

Alternative would be to run Waze or Google Maps using CarPlay. There are adapters (Carlinkit) for circa £80 that will give you wireless CarPlay (and I can make wireless chargers too)
