Hi Andy,

Welcome to R5 and to Porsche Club GB.

That is a fabulous car to have as your first Porsche, I also had a GT4 and absolutely loved it, you are going to be in for a real treat.

We hold a wide range of regional events including two club nights through the summer months at the Three Greyhounds pub in Allostock near Knutsford. The next evening will be from 7:00pm on the 7th September and you are welcome to bring your girlfriend with you.

We have a dedicated R5 Facebook page which can be found on Facebook at:porsche Club GB - North West Region so do please introduce yourself there if you have Facebook.

We also have a Weekend Drives WhatsApp group and if you would like to join this, please DM me your contact details and I will arrange for you to be added.

If you have any questions or queries about the club do please get in touch with me or our Regional Organiser Matt Staines at: R5@porscheclubgb.com

In addition to the regional events the Cayman register section of the Forum is one of the friendliest and most active, I found it to be very helpful when I had my GT4.

In the meantime enjoy that fabulous GT4 and we look forward to seeing it and meeting with you soon.

Martin

Thank you Martin , gutted I’m on holiday on the 7th but hopefully will get to a meet soon . As for bringing the girlfriend , would rather hear the flat six than her telling me to slow down .
