Dear All

Unfortunately I have had to change the venue for Sunday's gathering. However, I am delighted to share that The Polo Pavilion Tea Room will be very happy to look after us wonderful R10ers - huge thanks to Howard and Joanne for sharing this hidden gem!

Address is:
The Polo Pavilion Tea Room
Elkington Lane
Winwick
Northants NN6 7PD

I really hope you can join us, please drop me a quick email to confirm so that I can advise staff beforehand.

Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday.

Best wishes
Sue

PS If you have a picnic blanket please bring it with you - just in case!

Hi Sue
Just checking; I'm trying to see where the parking is? Is it through the gates immediately adjacent to The Tea Room, or through the main gates to Winwick Hall?
Thanks

Hi Chris
Parking will be highlighted by our PCGB flags; Mike and I will be there to direct with regards to the parking. Please be aware parking is not through the main gates to Winwick Hall.
Best wishes
Sue

Hello Sue

Is this a bring your own, book a full afternoon tea with the venue or are they selling teas and coffees?

Thanks
They will be selling teas, coffees, soft drinks and cakes. We may need to take a picnic blanket or two :)

Hi Sue,

Sorry for the late call but unfortunately I won’t now be able to join you all. Have a great afternoon!

Jeff
