MotorheadProbably about right Ed. I think Porsche dealer labour charges are now approaching £200/hr. 😲 You could ask if they’ll allow you provide your own oil … if you can find a cheaper supply. I assume your Macan is under the factory warranty so although you’re within your rights to have the service performed by a non-franchise garage I wouldn’t want the hassle of trying to sort out a subsequent warranty claim. Your choice of course. Jeff
ChappelleNo par for the course I'm afraid. Porsche used to advertise service costs under the banner 'Total Transparency' but for whatever reason they withdrew it a few years back. I saw three variants. One attached
AndrewCSThat price for oil has to be incorrect at > £40 per litre ... have you queried it ? Labour up here is £160 + VAT per hour RPM Technik are Porsche approved service providers, JZM also pp a recent post on the Forum
CristoMost if not all OPC’s are an absolute rip off! They charge what they do because customers seem to pay it. As previously mentioned in a post, the available price for 5litres Mobil 1 0-40W is £39.99 from Arnold Clark .
