OPC Silverstone

Is it me or is the silverstone service department really difficult to deal with.
over the last two years my cayenne has had a number of irritating faults and getting them fixed has been like pulling hens teeth. 
would go to hatfield but told they are even worse. 
I am running the extended warrenty so really need an opc Within range of leighton buzzard Any suggestions?

Was going to suggest Cambridge but looking at the distance it might be closer to go to Reading. Might be worth going the distance for better service! Hope you get your car sorted :)
